Control of Rats & Mice is conducted using a variety of baits, sticky boards & traps after inspection of the infested areas & assessing the risk to people, pets, stored foods & manufacturing areas. Residential treatments for Rats & Mice include six months warranty. Rats & Mice can spread disease, contaminate food, damage parts of buildings & are often the cause of foul smells. Rats have also been known to cause house fires by gnawing on electrical wires.

Furniture Beetle or “softwood borers” & Powderpost Beetle or “hardwood borers” attack structural timbers, decretive timbers, furniture & other timber products. Regular Termite inspections will help with early detection & minimise the damage caused, wooden products found to be infested should be replaced or disposed of if not of significant value.Chemical treatment of structural timbers or antique furniture should be completed as soon as an infestation is noticed to prevent damage to surrounding areas.

Possums will enter roof voids to look for a comfortable place to live. Because of their size they can be very noisy running through the roof void in the middle of the night, often they will wake up at 10 or 11pm to go outside & feed returning at 4 to 5am before the sun comes up.

We are licensed by The National Parks & Wildlife Service to control Possums. Control of Possums is conducted by removing them from buildings so that entry points can be blocked or repaired preventing re entry. Possum boxes are available for Sale & installation.
